A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider that supplies those results. South Riding Residents Directory does not retain a separate copy of those queries. If you email us, we receive the contents of that message and use them to respond.

The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. The site has no user accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles for South Riding Residents Directory to expose.
